Shawn Sebo
Shawn Sebo  is a 32 year member of the Baltimore county Fire department. where he currently is assigned to the training division overseeing all rescue training programs, prior to this move he spent the past 20 years assigned to eastside ladder companies. and one of the busiest medics in the county prior to that. Shawn comes from a public service family with both gransdfathers serving in the military, his father is a retired police officer and his uncle attended West Point and retired as a colonel, shawns brother is a Maryland State trooper and his other brother is a active duty Army recruiter.

Shawn brings his Incident management experience to the group as he serves on the Boy Scouts of America National Incident Management team overseeing large scale operations to include National and World Jamborees. As an adjunct faculty member of the University of Maryland fire recue institute for over 20 years, shawn has worked on many orogram developments and instructed across the country and organisations like the Secret Service , Camp David protective detail and special forces from Qutar among others.

Shawns uniquie skills are a perfect fit a the materials manager were he is responsible for everything from the materials for the slab to the door bell and everything inbetween.

Shawn is married to his wife Christine who is also a member of the organisation and his son Nathan has been attending builds since 2019 making this a true family affair.
